Arrival in the Dolomites Arrive at Venice airport, where our team will warmly welcome you. Sit back and enjoy the scenic transfer through northern Italy as we journey into the heart of the Dolomites. Upon arrival at your Hotel, take your time settling into your cozy alpine room and soaking in the mountain views. Enjoy refreshments and in the evening, gather for an opening circle, followed by a yoga practice and a nourishing welcome dinner.
Relaxation and Wellness Day Ease into retreat life with a morning yoga session on the panoramic terrace. After breakfast, the day is yours to unwind — take a gentle walk around the property, curl up in the library, or relax in the wellness area. A complimentary massage awaits you today, designed to melt away travel fatigue. In the late afternoon, meet for a yoga session before gathering again for a group dinner.
Hiking in Nature Begin the day with an energizing yoga flow to awaken your senses. After breakfast, lace up your hiking boots for a guided hike through the forested trails surrounding the hotel. Breathe in the fresh alpine air and feel deeply connected to the natural world. Return in the afternoon for afternoon tea, rest and integration before closing the day with a yoga class and a beautiful group dinner.
Lago di Braies Excursion Rise early for a morning yoga session before heading out on a day trip to the iconic Lago di Braies. Glide across the lake in a wooden rowboat and enjoy a lunch surrounded by the majestic peaks. After some free time, we return to the hotel for afternoon tea and a yoga practice, followed by dinner at the hotel.
Stillness & Spa Sleep in and then join morning yoga to open your body gently. Today is a rest day — perfect for enjoying the Finnish Sauna, Steam bath and pool, reading on the terrace, or walking quietly in nature. Meet for afternoon tea, yoga and our evening meal together.
Deeper into the Mountains Awaken with a strengthening morning yoga practice, then head out for another guided hike directly from the hotel. Explore the rugged beauty of the Dolomites, taking in views of jagged peaks and alpine meadows. After some downtime and afternoon tea, we’ll gather again for a reflective afternoon practice and a cozy dinner.
Alpe di Siusi Adventure We begin the day with yoga and breakfast before setting out on a full-day tour to Alpe di Siusi, Europe’s largest alpine plateau. Ride the gondola, walk through storybook meadows, and enjoy lunch with a view. Return to the hotel in the evening for a relaxed dinner.
Free Day Join morning yoga and breakfast, and then today is yours to explore or rest as you wish. You may want to revisit your favorite hike, explore San Vigilio di Marebbe, or simply relax in the spa. In the afternoon, we’ll come together for afternoon tea and a closing yoga circle — a time to reflect and integrate the journey. We’ll celebrate our final evening with a special farewell dinner.

Lynn Slocomb, a yoga enthusiast with nearly two decades of practice and over eight years of leading others, discovered yoga after multiple attempts to heal and restore her body following breast cancer recovery. She has led several yoga retreats in Pennsylvania and is thrilled to embark on her second international retreat.
