Suzanne Nagel // Urbino, Italy
Escape to the Italian countryside with our well-rounded Italian Yoga Retreat. Urbino is located at the foothills of the Northern Apennines and the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines. This picturesque medieval city in the Marche region of Italy is a World Heritage Site, nestled on a high, sloping hillside. Its best-known architectural piece is the Palazzo Ducale, rebuilt by Luciano Laurana.
During this retreat, you will stay seven nights in a comfortable 4-star country side resort. Practise daily yoga overlooking the Umbrian hills, stroll through the medieval streets of Urbino learning about the magnificent history and visit the famous Raphael's house and artworks. You will explore the local organic vineyards for wine tasting and for those wanting to see the nature, we will set off on a Kayaking tour. One full day is allocated for unwinding at the onsite spa/suana and by the pool. Urbino is well-known for its divine cuisine and each night we will recharge with a slow-paced Italian style of dining and living.
Single, twin, triple and quad shared rooms available. Please get in touch and we will try our best to find you a suitable roommate. Alternatively, the single room rate will apply.
This retreat is suitable for all ages and levels of practitioners.
