Chrissy Wilson is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher, E-RYT 500. My teaching journey began only because I  wanted to deepen my own practice and understanding of yoga. Little did I know, it would lead me on my path to owning a studio. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, teaching for 10, and a studio owner for 5. Additionally, I have done yoga teacher trainings, emphasizing the importance of authenticity in the teaching of yoga, finding one’s own, unique voice. I believe our journey of finding our true, authentic self is the essence of our existence, and is brought to our awareness through our life experiences and interactions with others.
